Grown at the foot of the Andes mountains in Peru, in a climate strikingly similar to the Mediterranean, the rich soil yields organic vegetables dense with flavor. Our vegetables are harvested at their peak. Our traditional brine and marinade are quite simple, letting the flavor of the vegetables shine with just a bit of vinegar tang and a few herbs to complement the crisp texture. The marinaded vegetables are a versatile kitchen staple, delightful on their own in antipasti alongside cheeses and cured meats, added to a fresh salad, or used to enhance the flavor of rice and pasta dishes.
